SpeedyHaul Solutions LLC is an all-inclusive dispatch service with years of experience in the trucking industry. Our services are great for start-ups, established businesses, and the 1-5 truck operators. Our goals are to get you the highest paying loads and help build your business!
Use our experience to simplify your trucking business and make it grow. Whether you have a small fleet or are a single carrier with a power-only truck, dry van, flatbed, reefer, OR step-deck trailer, we have a service to meet your needs. We can do it all for you!
WHAT WE DO FOR YOU:
All necessary paperwork and details for loading and dispatching your truck:
- Use multiple load boards and our network of brokers & shippers to book you great paying loads (you pick loads, rates, and locations).
- Set you up with reputable brokers and negotiate the highest rates.
- Complete broker contracts including credit checks and insurance certificates.
- Optimize your routes effectively (including backhauls) and find you dedicated lanes while taking into account your preferred home time.
- Provide rate confirmations.
- Arrange pick up and delivery times.
- Provide roadside assistance and assistance with TONUs and detention at no charge.
- Arrange and assist with factoring, oversize & overweight permits, IFTA reporting, tow-aways, etc.
We offer very competitive rates for our dispatch service program!
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
- Power-only truck, dry van, flatbed, reefer, OR a step-deck trailer.
- Your own active authority (new authorities accepted).
- Active insurance ($100,000 cargo/$1,000,000 liability) – power-only carriers must also have at least $50,000 non-owned or interchange insurance.

PAYMENT TO YOU:
- You will be paid directly by the shipper/broker – 100% of the gross and 100% of the Fuel Surcharge.
- How quickly you get paid will depend on the shipper/broker; or we can get you set up with factoring.
PAYMENT TO SPEEDYHAUL SOLUTIONS LLC:
We work on a performance-only basis. When the load is booked, accepted, and picked up, you pay us 7% per load.
We accept payments via:
- Credit Card, ACH, Zelle, PayPal.
- Any payment processing fees are the responsibility of the carrier.
